Rooms available for single occupancy with parking in a spacious 5 bedroom town house. All bills are included in the rent as well as superfast broadband.

It is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac 3 mins walk to Thorpe Bay Station and 5 mins walk to Thorpe Bay Broadway.

This property has recently been refurbished and fully sound proofed. All bedrooms are furnished and decorated to a high standard. There is a shared living room and kitchen dining area with a dining table and chairs, smart tv, 2 large fridge freezers, dishwasher, microwave, modern double oven and hob. Each person has plenty of cupboard space to store their food. There is also a utility room with 2 washing machines, a tumble dryer and ironing facilities. We even supply dishwasher tablets, bin bags, toilet rolls and cleaning products for all our tenants.

There is a shower room located on the ground floor and a main bathroom on the first floor both with very good power showers. The house also benefits from having en-suites in 2 of the bedrooms.
