Annexe with own kitchenette and bathroom. Mon-Fri

I am looking for a non smoking, professional person to rent my room on a Monday to Friday basis only. The room has its own entrance separate from the house and has its own small kitchen equipped with fridge, microwave and hob. It has a small double bed, wardrobe, table and chairs and flat screen television. The shower room contains a sink and toilet. I am flexible with the number of days but do not want anyone on a permanent basis. Situated in Thundersly village close to woods and an excellent pub/restaurant and local shops. Southend airport/hospital and Basildon are both a short drive away. This room would suit someone working in the area but has there own home to go back too at weekends. The room will not be used by anyone else at weekends. Please email a few details including your job and permanent place you live if interested.
Sorry no couples ,visitors or overnight stays. Please mention in your reply you need mon-fri as this is not a full time rental. I will not respond to anyone looking for full time rental.
