I would discribe this lovely room as a bedroom/living room due to the size and lay out .
Where most rooms advertised are 10ft by 12ft if you’re lucky often they are smaller than this and all you can really do is sit in bed and watch TV.
This gorgeous room is a completely different deal , it’s your own home from home and a fantastic room for single occupancy with a beautifully comfortable luxury fully adjustable electric bed .
There is plenty of room for a seating area that is furnished with a comfortable reclining sofa .
The room is fully fitted out with quality solid wood furniture that includes a very large triple wardrobe for all your clothes as well as lots of draws and a solid pine dressing table with cabinets either side of the bed extra shelving either side of the fireplace

The property is fully gated with its own private secure parking area .
It’s a lovely place to relax and find peace both in your room or outside in the gardens after a days work .

Lovely rural lacation with the gated private parking surrounded by farmland so if you like walking ,cycling or running then jackpot you found it ! As we are next to both walking cycling tracks that take you down to the picturesque Blackwater estuary, with access to the stunning sea wall .
Turn right to walk ride or run round towards Maldon passing the hidden gems Goldhanger beach and Osea Island on route to Heybridge Basin and on the Maldon .
Turn left in the opposite direction towards mersea passing a hidden beach then shingle head , Tollesbury Marina on route towards Old Hall marshes and Salcot creek onward towards Gt Wigborough and eventually Mersea .
The Blackwater estuary is just absolutely stunning and a hot spot for photography with the views and wildlife all year round .
I’ve seen two different types of deer within a half a mile section of the sea wall with bird of prey like Marsh Harrier and Kites very common . They can be seen often from the garden here as well both dear and the birds of prey .
So if you like walking , running , cycling or fishing or just sitting watching and enjoying the countryside all very close by then you may have found the place for you .
Busses stop at the end of the garden it’s a pick up point if you wait there for Maldon or Tiptree or Colchester
