I have 1 room available in a fully furnished refurbished house. We have recently added the Security Alarm System fully monitored for safety of the tenants. Room available is 1 medium size double room with easy access to Pitsea town Centre as well as Basildon Station and Town Centre. Looking for friendly house mates to come and be part of the family. We are all friendly and happy people looking for clean housemates who will treat the house like their own and keep it clean and safe. We only need people who have good background as we will be doing Full Background checks on anyone wants to move in an also can accept guarantor if bad credit history.
