The property is a large detached period property which is a 5 minute walk from the beach and the village and benefits from a bus stop 1 minute away where buses are available to Colchester .
There will be a large living room available for sole use with a woodburning stove . Kitchen and bathrooms are shared .
There is also use of the swimming pool in summer by agreement with owner and hot tub use all year round again by agreement with owner .
The owner is frequently absent due to work commitments. The ideal house share would be weekly but weekends will be considered .
Parking is available on the drive of the property .
