Two rooms are available in a clean and well-kept home:

En-suite King Room – £850 pcm

* Spacious room with en-suite bathroom
* King-size bed
* Wardrobe
* Council tax, gas, electric and broadband included
* Single occupancy

Double Room – £700 pcm

* Double bedroom
* Wardrobe
* Council tax, gas, electric and broadband included
* Single occupancy

I’m looking for someone who is clean, respectful, considerate and easy-going, and who will treat the home as they would their own. Ideally looking for a working professional who is responsible and tidy.

A few things to note:

* Rent is based on single occupancy.
* Couples will be considered, but the rent would be adjusted to reflect the additional occupancy and utility usage.
* If you work from home on a regular/full-time basis, an additional contribution towards utilities may apply due to increased gas and electricity usage.
* No smoking.
* Looking for someone who is clean and respectful of shared spaces.
