One Double and One Single Rooms Available for Rent

The house is a new one with excellent condition. Despite being new, it has been completely renewed and refurbished after the tenant has vacated which sets an example of continuous aesthetics in home industry. However Land Lord is always ready to discuss any topic if tenants need any more input. Therefore tenants are invited to come on an earlier date before they want to rent the rooms so that any work can be tailored as per the tenant need. This house is located at walking distance from Lakeside Mall and is in the centre of a Posh Market. You will describe the house and landlord to be excellent when you join and when you depart them. Similarly the land lord is looking for refined and civilised people. And only those who really need a nice place.
