Hi,
I have a large double bedroom with a private bathroom becoming available from June. I’m looking for a professional to join me in this lovely home. It’s beautifully equipped, very well maintained, and kept spotlessly clean.
The bedroom is a generous size and fully furnished, with a king-size bed, double wardrobe, and large chest of drawers. You would also have sole use of the main bathroom, which includes both a bath and a shower.
On the ground floor, which is all shared space, there is a brand-new fitted kitchen and a large lounge with comfy sofas and a 50” TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. French doors open onto a spacious garden with a patio—perfect for summer BBQs. There is also a cosy snug/TV room. The kitchen includes all the usual appliances: gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, and tumble dryer, all free to use.
If you have a car, there is off-road parking on the paved driveway at the front of the house.
The house is in a quiet part of Rivenhall, on the outskirts of Witham, close to a bus stop and village shop. It is also well located for:
• Stansted Airport – 30 minutes
• Witham Station – 5–6 minutes’ drive (45 minutes into London)
• Chelmsford Town Centre – 20 minutes
• Freeport Braintree – 10 minutes
All bills are included in the rent: Council Tax, utilities, TV licence, TV subscriptions, and high-speed broadband.
I’m open to different lengths of stay, though I would prefer someone looking for a minimum of six months.
My ideal housemate is a full-time worker (not working from home), aged between 35 and 45, who is considerate, clean and tidy, a non-smoker, does not take drugs, and—most importantly—likes dogs. I have a very well-behaved and friendly Cocker Spaniel.
