Shared living room with sofa. The kitchen comes with dining space and is fully equipped with fridge freezer, washing machine, dryer, microwave, electric kettle, and toaster. There is one bathroom upstairs and one cloakroom downstairs.

The rent includes all utility bills (gas, electricity, water, and broadband) and gardening. If you are not a full time student, an additional £100 per month (half of council tax) will be charged. Deposit is one month's rent.
