Four spacious rooms in a 4-bed detached house is available to four full time students for 12 months contract. Room rents are between £475-£550 per month.

The rent includes all utility bills (gas, electricity, water, and broadband) and fortnightly cleaning of bathroom/communal areas and gardening.

The house is recently decorated. The bedrooms are equipped with bed, desk and chair, bookcase, wardrobe, bedside table with lamp, cork board, wall mirror, curtains, and dustbin.

There is a shared living room, and the kitchen comes with dining space and is equipped with fridge freezer, washing machine, dryer, microwave, kettle, and toaster. There is one bathroom upstairs and one cloakroom downstairs.
