Hi, I’m posting this advert on behalf of my partner, who has a furnished double room available in her home. I’m helping her with the advert and enquiries, hence the male profile.

It’s a good-sized double bedroom, although it currently has a single bed in it, leaving plenty of additional space for storage and personal belongings.

The household currently consists of two females, mother and daughter, and we are looking for a tidy, respectful female tenant who is looking for a nice, safe and welcoming place to live.

The tenant would have shared use of:

• Comfortable lounge
• Garden
• Driveway parking

The property is in Wivenhoe Colchester and within walking distance of the University of Essex and is not far from Wivenhoe waterfront and train station and a short bus or car journey into central Colchester with its beautiful riverside views, pubs and places to eat.
We’re looking for someone who will feel comfortable in the home and treat it with the same care and respect that we do.
