Lovely quiet room in West Fife

A room available from the end of December/beginning of January in a quiet village of Comrie, Fife. The village has good direct transport links with Dunfermline and Stirling, and has the necessary amenities within walking distance.

I am offering a double bedroom, with a shared bathroom, living room and a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, washing machine and dryer). You will have access to the garden and parking in front of the house. Please note that the books and the table included in the pictures will be removed once you move in, so you will have more space for storage and any of your own things. There is also a garage with some storage space if needed.

Finding the right housemate is extremely important. I am a female in my early 30s with a cat and a dog. I work 3 days a week from the office and one day from home. My animals are well-trained and love attention and cuddles. With my dog, we spend a lot of time outside, going out in the hills, forest walks and day-trips to Edinburgh/Glasgow. Both cities are within easy reach by car. I am looking for a female-only roommate who loves animals and enjoys a quiet, slower lifestyle. I am relatively good at keeping on top of the cleanliness, and would expect the same from anyone who lives with me.
