Description
Double Room to Rent in Crossford, Near Dunfermline - £625 Per Calendar Month
I’m a creative and marketing professional based in Crossford, a quiet commuter village just a mile from Dunfermline. I’m easy-going, tidy, and enjoy walking with my Springer Spaniels and having good conversations with friends.
I’m renting out a double room in my 1930s converted bungalow. The room is in the peaceful northwest corner of the house and comes with almost exclusive use of a large adjacent bathroom. You’ll also have access to the sunny, south-facing lounge (with Sky TV), a spacious kitchen-family room, and a utility room with a washing machine.
My well-behaved dogs are restricted to the kitchen-family room, and their utility room space, so there’s no concern about dog hairs or smells elsewhere in the house.
The house has a large sunny back garden with a patio and orchard for you to enjoy. The village has excellent transport links, with a bus stop 5 minutes away connecting to Glasgow, Stirling, and east cities such as Kirkcaldy and St Andrews. You can also catch a bus or train from Dunfermline to Edinburgh (about 40 minutes by bus or 30 minutes by train). There’s a pharmacy, local stores, and lovely countryside walks nearby.
I’m looking for a single professional non-smoking tenant who enjoys a peaceful, relaxed environment, with interests and hobbies that reflect a mature, balanced lifestyle—someone who’s more into a peaceful evening or weekend walk, than partying.
Rent is £625 per calendar month on an initial 3-month lease, with a view to extend. If you're interested or have any questions, please get in touch.
