If you do not contribute towards cleaning the flat then rent will be increased by £20 month.
I own the flat, live in it and manage it. You do not have to put up with messes around the flat or in the kitchen, I have been doing this for the last 12 years so lots of experience.
Students or mature professionals prefered.
No couples, flat will be too busy, no smoking inside.
I don't mind a girlfriend boyfriend coming, with a max 2 day in any given week.
I have a friendly dog, a golden labradore. If you like dogs he would love you to take him on walks!
