We have a 1 bed annexe above our double garage, available.

It has its own private bathroom with electric shower, a double bedroom and a living area with a sofa bed, tv and leaf top table.

There is a double wardrobe and single wardrobe in the bedroom and drawers for storage.

In the living area, there are some basic kitchen appliances such as a kettle, toaster, microwave, slow cooker and fridge. Access to the main house kitchen is available and use of the washing machine.

There is a 4 car driveway so space for you to park and your own back door entrance into the property.

All household bills are included in the rental price.

WiFi is set up in the annexe.
