It's a double room but currently has an unused single bed in it, with storage.
There is a bedside table chest of drawers, it was redecorated a couple years ago and has never really been used.
There’s also a tv on the wall.
Very quiet place with nice neighbours

I’d prefer to share the utilities costs due to the current pricing of them if those are to be included then the monthly rental price would be much higher.
