Two rooms are available in a spacious, freshly renovated 3-bedroom semi-detached home located in a peaceful cul-de-sac—just a 3–4 minute walk to South Street in St Andrews.

The Space & Setup:

Freshly Updated: Rooms are available now following recent home upgrades and redecoration. Kitchen is fully stocked, gas cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer.

Spacious Living: As a live-in landlord, I travel frequently and will only be around sporadically over the winter months—meaning you’ll largely have the entire house to yourselves for much of your stay.

Off-road parking and garden.

Included: All bills (utilities, council tax/WIFI) are included in the rent. I will also be looking to arrange a professional cleaner once or twice a month for the communal areas.

Ideal Housemates:

Suitable for mature students, university staff, or other local professionals looking for a high-quality, quiet home environment.

Looking for respectful, clean tenants who will treat the property with care.

House Rules & Atmosphere:

Strictly non-smoking & no pets.

A relaxed, quiet home. Hosting small dinner parties is welcome, but no house parties.
