2 double rooms available in large luxury detached cottage just outside St Andrews. All appliances are new and the decor is immaculate.

You will have a private double bedroom with area to hang clothes, draws, desk and t. v.

You will also have free access to all amenities which includes the following:

- Bathroom with huge roll top bath and double sink
- Living room with comfy sofa, t. v. and log burner
- Large kitchen dinner with range cooker and American style fridge freezer

More about the property and location:

The house is situated in a quite hamlet 2 miles outside of St Andrews. There is almost no traffic on the road so it's a very quiet location. There's plenty of nice walks from the house, the most popular being the pilgrims way trail which goes past the front of the property. The golf course is a couple of minutes away and also offers nice walks.

You will be sharing the house with myself, one other lodger and two very friendly Corgis, so it's essential that you get on with dogs. They are very very friendly, love people and are well behaved. Dog walks are available free of charge ;)

Getting into St Andrews town centre:

St Andrews town centre is only 2 miles. Although it is walkable it probably not a walk you would want to take every day.

I (the landlord) works from home and I am happy to transport to and from St Andrews town centre when I'm available, which will be most of the time.

Times to town centre:

Driving: 3 minutes (I can transport)
Cycling: 10 minutes to get into town. 40 minutes to get home as it's up hill
Walking: 1 hour
Taxi: 3 minutes, £10-£12
Bus: 10 minute walk to stop, leave every 2 hours

There is also a Go Flexi bus that can pick you up from the property and take you anywhere in town, and bring you back. So transport is not a problem.
