Single room to let, can be furnished with single bed and storage or unfurnished if you prefer. In a lovely Edwardian house in Willsbridge, between Longwell Green/Keynsham and Bitton. Ideally situated for Bristol or Bath.

The room is on the first floor with bathroom with bath, toilet, sink on first floor also. Downstairs is a separate toilet and separate shower room.

Keynsham train station is walkable in about 20 minutes and the Bristol Bath cycle path is a few minutes walk away. There are bus stops close by to take you into Bristol/Bath/Keynsham. We have off-road parking in the front yard.

On the edge of the countryside for great walks locally but ideally based to visit or work in Bristol or Bath and local shops just up the road like M&S, Waitrose, Lidl, Asda, as well as Vue cinema, bowling and leisure centre. Lots of nice restaurants locally as well in Keynsham, Hanham, Longwell Green, and rural pubs.

There’s a fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Great size very private back garden and patio with seating for relaxing outside.

Big shed if you have a bike to store! Large front drive for off road parking.

You will be sharing with two cats and an elderly small dog. We also have chickens who live outside. Animal lover essential!

You will be sharing with a clean & tidy lady small biz owner, Ideally looking for a someone enjoys relaxing and chilling outside of work and request no or minimal visitors.

£500/month for 7 nights a week or £450/month for 5 nights a week if that suits you better.

One monthly payment includes council tax, gas, electricity,* broadband, as well as a fornightly cleaner who will cover communal areas.

(*Fair usage applies, our electricity & gas combined are currently #200 a month, if it exceeds #250 we would request a 50-50 split of additional costs)
