The room is completely unfurnished other than the fixtures & fittings (lampshade, blinds and TV wall mount as seen in images). Access to large shared kitchen/dining room, lounge (with cinema setup) and garden is included. All amenities such as washing machine, dishwasher, 2x tumble dryers, large fridge, double oven, BBQ etc are present. The internet is 1Gig fibre. The entire property is smart-enabled with smart locks, security system and lighting. Lots of parking available outside the property. The house is constantly being improved as part of our overall renovation plans.

The house is very clean and tidy and the expectation would include a like-minded person who is also happy to keep the communal areas as they are. We are keen to ensure we are all compatible so don't be surprised if we ask to go for a pint on our initial interactions!
