Ideally looking for someone who works outside the home during the day or is looking for a mid week place to stay as this has worked well in the past with me working from home. But would be suitable for anyone who isn’t home a lot. 3 month minimum let, unfortunately I can’t accommodate short term lodgers.

Room 1 is a 6 meter x 4 meter long room with king sized bed, It has built in cupboards with shelving and a clothes hanging rail. There is space for a Desk and chair if needed. This room shares a kitchen and large family bathroom with Room 2. it’s a bright & sunny room with a view of the garden area. £795
Room 2 is a good sized double 4m x 4m with built in wardrobe storage, it has space for a small desk and chair and a double bed, with a nice private view of a garden area. It shares the large bathroom with room 1. £695

The price is for one person. perfect for anyone who loves little dogs and is happy to share a house with them.

This is a shared home, it isn’t a party or meeting venue, it’s a quiet place to sleep, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys a quieter, more settled space.

The garden area is a great place if you want to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine.

Small village surrounded by fields, with local pub and shop, very close to the Cribbs main bus station, the village bus stop is outside the house. Easter Compton is located JTN 17 of the M5 motorway, near the Cribbs causeway shopping centre, the wave and new Bristol zoo are both within walking distance, at the top of our road is easy access JTN 17 on the M5 to Aztec west JTN 16, Bradley Stoke, Filton, Severnside and Avonmouth & 10mins to both Welsh bridges, the M4 & M48.
