Double bed room to rent in Stoke Gifford

I am sadly looking to leave this property as I have an unexpected job opportunity in London.

The room is a double ground floor room to rent in Stoke Gifford, with its own bathroom. The room is spacious, comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe & bedside table and has nice large french windows overlooking the back garden. The house is council tax band E and falls under South Gloucestershire council for bin collection.

You would be sharing with 3 young professionals, all of whom are lovely and relaxed people. The three bedrooms are on the top floor, so the entire ground floor is basically yours if you want privacy! Student or young professional welcome - the house is a short walk away from UWE's Frenchay campus & about a 4 minute walk away from a metrobus bus stop, taking you right into town.

The room costs £600 PCM plus £86.73 council tax & bills. Bringing the monthly cost to roughly £750 depending on gas & electricity usage. Ideally, I'd like to be moved out by the end of November, but my absolute latest is the end of December.

I want to make the transition as smooth as possible for the rest of the tenants, so would ideally organise an informal meeting to make sure the new tenant is a good fit.
