Let in gorgeous rural Bristol home

Looking for someone interested in a sub/letting our small double room for a short or long term sublet in our gorgeous country home in North Bristol with our lovely little pup Sheena. (BS37 9XD)

🏠 The house 🏠

Huge garden complete with aerial rig (which is generally up from late spring to early Autumn) and stunning sunsets.

Large kitchen with dining room table

A 8 meter long living room with a 6 man reclining sofa and its own little training and yoga space.

- North Bristol / Yate area. Close to yate train station, m4 , m5 and Yate 10 min drive and closest for big shops: Waitrose, Aldi, Tescos etc . Would maybe suit a driver more because of location but would also suit someone that’s on it with cycling and trains (train station is a 10 min cycle).
Private parking space in a locked compound for drivers which makes insurance nice and cheap 😉

-Gorgeous rural location. Lots of beautiful local walks , very close to the frome walkway.

- Small double available for short term sublet or full let. £330
There’s a high double bed and a table currently in the room as this makes best use of the space but they don’t have to stay.

- Top room £520 - potentially available or open to a couple or someone that works from home that would like to take them both.
This room has skylights , attic storage space along the sides, lots of light, gorgeous wooden beams, spacious en-suite bathroom and its own hallway with more storage space

A little bit about us and our ideal housemate:

- Sheena is a 1/12 year German Shepherd Husky mix puppy so can be noisy when excited but is generally very well trained for her age and chill. You’d need to be happy to live with a big floofball and aware of what it means to have a dog in the house. Huge bonus points and priority to anyone who is already a dog person and would wanna be involved in walks and generally want to be in her life.

- Clean and Tidy but chilled. The house is kept respectfully clean washing up doesn’t usually get kept longer than overnight if not done straight away, bath cleaned after use etc but it’s a lived in home with busy schedules and we don’t sweat the small stuff.

-Chilled home not a party house (apart from potentially on special occasions : Christmas and Birthdays) but we all work events and festivals so there will be times when the house is super busy and other times particularly weekends where everyone’s away.

- Smoke free in the house but ok in the garden, 420 and queer friendly
