We have a double room in a large detached cottage. Located within a 10 minute walk to Cheltenham Town centre, with easy access to major employers such as Cheltenham Hospital and GCHQ. The property has a bathroom with shower facilities, large kitchen with excellent storage space, utility (washer and dryer), shared lounge( with log burner) and study on the ground floor. Upstairs are three large double bedrooms plus a bathroom with freedstanding bath and a separate room for the toilet.

The house has a garden, complete with pond and access to a garage (available for tenant use) and a separate secure outdoor storage room.

The bedroom can come furnished however we can be flexible with furnishings if tenants wish to bring their own. Utilities (gas / electric / water / council tax / broadband & TV) are split 3 ways between the residence and not included in the rental price. (Est. £200-250 PPPM). Free off road private parking available for the tenant or use of the secure garage.

We are a friendly, laid back and sociable couple. My partners children live with us on a part time basis and we have a well behaved spaniel dog that also lives at the property part time.
