The house is fitted with smoke alarms, a carbon monoxide detector and is well maintained, meeting health and safety standards.
Landlady lives in and uses the rooms on the first floor.
There is a small, pretty garden and off road parking for a car.
Bike storage available.
The rent includes all bills, council tax and use of all facilities (wi-fi, washing machine, drier, cooker, fridge freezer, air fryer, use of all kitchen equipment, crockery, etc). You will have your own fridge and cupboard in the kitchen.
The house is situated very conveniently for local shops on the popular Bath Rd, train station, hospital and the town centre (a 20 minute walk away). One can also access countryside easily. It is in a quiet and peaceful area.
You will be the only lodger in the house. I am looking for someone sensible, pleasant and who is in full employment or is a mature student. No full time home workers. I would consider giving a discount if you want accommodation for only part of the week.
