There is an attractive garden and off road parking for a small car. All bills included. The room is furnished, but there is flexibility there. There is lots of storage in the room. The kitchen is modern and open planned with all facilities.
Anybody could enjoy this room, a student or a professional. I am one person living here. Previous tenant is a young professional in her 30s who has been here for 2 years.
The house is situated close to the University Park campus and local shops and amenities, just a 15 minute walk from the town centre and the train station.
