I have a spare room in my snug little house, situated in the heart of Cheltenham town centre.

I am a live-in landlord (professional). I work a lot and so really value living in a clean and peaceful environment and am looking for a like-minded lodger :) Students also welcome but we are a professional and quiet household,, so this may not be the right place for you if you like to party :D

The bedroom is modest in size, but warms up very quickly and is fully furnished with:

and within 15/20 mins walk from:

- Train station

Bills included -> (wifi, water, TV license)
Bills not included -> (share of council tax (Band B), electricity and gas share).

Lovely outdoor space / patio garden (outdoor washing line) with back gate access (for a push bike for eg) with lean-to area.
