I am a live-in landlord (professional), but nowadays I'm mostly away with work. I'm looking for one or two lodgers who enjoy living in a clean and peaceful environment to make sharing the home a pleasure for all involved.

The bedrooms are modest in size, but warm up very quickly and are fully furnished with:

and within 15/20 mins walk from:

- Train station
- Bus station

Lovely outdoor space / patio garden (outdoor washing line) with back gate access (for a push bike for eg) with lean-to area.
