The room sits on the first floor and is a large double that will have mostly exclusive access to the modern main bathroom other than when we would have guests.
The room is partially furnished with an existing Bed/mattress, a desk can also be provided, or equally happy for someone to bring their own furnishings.
Nice size garden I plan to renovate in time for summer to create a nice, low maintenance garden perfect for BBQs and evenings.
I am an active 35 year old male and have been in Cheltenham for 5 years now.
I love dogs, so am open to having a well behaved/trained dog join the household.
