Housemate wanted near city centre and Pittville

Hello,

I'm Sam, 29 M, I am renting a room in my house out, there are just 2 bedrooms and my room is the other one. I am mostly working away these days and so I'm not around all the time. I'm mainly looking for someone quiet and easy going.

The bedroom is a great size and has a walk in wardrobe just behind the mirror on the right hand side. I've got a bed, side table, desk and chair in the room but beyond that no other furniture. There's an upstairs bathroom as well.

Available from 1st July.

Monday-Friday is also considered for reduced rate.

5 minute walk to brewery quarter and Pittville park

It's on a no through road so it's quiet.
