Housemate wanted near city centre and Pittville

Hello,

I'm Sam, 28 M, I am renting a room in my house out, there are 2 bedrooms and I live by myself in the other one. I am WFH during the week and sometimes up north so I'm not around all the time. I'm mainly looking for someone quiet and easy going.

The bedroom is a great size as the property is Georgian. The bedroom also has a walk in wardrobe just behind the mirror on the right hand side. I've got a bed in the room but beyond that no other furniture. There's an upstairs bathroom which is shared with me.

Available from 1st August.

Monday-Friday is also considered for reduced rate.

5 minute walk to brewery quarter and Pittville park

It's on a no through road so it's quiet.
