With off-road parking for two cars, my 4-bedroom individual, architect designed, detached house, is situated in a quiet road, minutes from Cheltenham Racecourse and two wonderful historic parks with lakes. It is just a 5 minute drive to all the restaurants, shops and theatres in town, and has easy access to the M5/M4.
The two beautifully furnished bedrooms both have plenty of wardrobe space, dressing table and new TV's. Both bedrooms have their own fitted mobile/laptop chargers within the sockets. They are quietly situated at the back of the house, overlooking the garden and lots of trees, and enjoy the morning sunrise. They are a couple of paces from the fantastic shared bathroom which is for the sole use of the two bedrooms. There is also a large cloakroom WC downstairs.
All utilities/broadband are included in the rent - there are no hidden extra charges. Linen and towels are changed and washed weekly, rooms are cleaned professionally, and continental breakfast is available if required.
It is also possible to take the room(s) from Sunday evenings, to save the Monday morning traffic jams.
The comfortable lounge with its large Wifi TV, and spacious kitchen are both available for your use, along with the utility room. The kitchen is well equipped with a massive breakfast bar!, grill/microwave, coffee machine and many other items, to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, HOME AWAY FROM HOME. The small front study with its sofabed, will soon have 3 pieces of exercise equipment to include a rower, treadmill and bike available for your use.
The newly planted garden has a big patio and summerhouse which catches the last of the evening sunshine.
I am a single lady, retired fundraising manager and property developer, and I am looking for business people who want to be both independent and enjoy social company and conversation.
