Double Bedroom near GCHQ

I am a 26 year old male professional with a 3 bedroom house looking for a tenant preferably between 25 and 35. For fun I enjoy playing tennis, going to the gym, playing video games and the guitar.

The house is currently partially furnished, with the rentable room furnished with a bed, bedframe, chest of drawers, tv and built-in wardrobe. However if you wish to bring all new furniture this can all be moved to storage. you will be the only occupant with access to the main upstairs bathroom. There's a kitchen equipped with oven, cooker, air fryer, espresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer plus utensils, cutlery etc to cook and eat with.

It is located approximately a 5 minute walk from GCHQ, less than 30 minute walk or 5 minute drive from the train station as well as easy link to the M5 via A40. Road parking is available.

I am looking for someone that is friendly, proffesional, socialises well with others and who wants to have a genuine friend at the end of it.

Currently my household is pet free however in the near future will be looking to get a dog, there may also be occasional cat babysitting. My home is not open to smokers or alcoholics and vaping should remain outside. Single occupancy only.

Rent is 750 per month, this includes all bills.

If short term less than 3 months then 200 per week, this includes all bills.

Garage is also available to rent as storage, 100 per month.
