We currently have one room available within this four room property, looking to have filled at the earliest convenience.

We have a shared living room, garden, kitchen, large bathroom and basement for storage. Rooms come with a desk, chair, wardrobe and drawers as well as LED lighting strips. The property is located within easy walking distance for the town center and less then five minutes from the Lidl as well as other local amenities.

All bills are included except for Council Tax which is Band B and the cost of which is divided amongst tenants except for students.

All applications are welcome and considered, students included however the landlord does require references and proof of income.
