Room going in cosy central house share

We are looking for a housemate to join us in our house share that we will be renewing in November. We live in a cute and cosy terraced house in a very central area of Cheltenham. It is close to shops, buses and trains but unfortunately the two permits for the house are already taken. Alternative parking may be available as we are close to some carparks.

The room available is a small double and can be furnished or unfurnished depending on your preference. There is plenty of storage throughout the rest of the house that can be used (landing, spare bedroom, sitting room, and also the basement). There is one bathroom in the house which is shared.

We would like to live with someone who is clean/tidy, respectful and environmentally friendly. Pets are negotiable with the landlord.

Students or professionals are welcome, currently we split the council tax across all of us but if you are a student, we don't expect you to do that. We are band B for council tax so we pay around £50 a month each for that, and currently around £100 month for the rest of the bills including wi-fi and is dependent on usage. We don't have a TV so we don't pay for a license, but we do have a projector that can be used for watching films or streaming TV shows.
