I'm looking for a friendly, tidy and respectful professional couple to join the house share.

The available room is a spacious double bedroom on the second floor, with its own private en-suite bathroom. As there are no other bedrooms on this floor, you'll have an added level of privacy and your own comfortable space.

The house also has a spacious living area and a lovely garden, perfect for relaxing after work. Private parking is available on the property, which is a great bonus if you have a car.

The location is really convenient, with the town centre and train station both around a 10-minute walk away. There's also a gym and a Tesco superstore just across the street.

Rent & bills: With a couple moving in, there would be three occupants in the house in total. The estimated cost, including utilities, would be £566 per person per month.

I'm looking for a considerate, clean and easygoing couple who would enjoy sharing a comfortable and friendly home.

Please note that both occupants will need to go through the letting agent's referencing checks and receive approval before being added to the tenancy agreement.
