The house is near to the train station and town centre. Near Waitrose and Tesco.

There are two lounges.

Two fridges/one freezer so plenty of room.

Room available, short term, for a considerate, friendly person to share this cosy spacious home! May be possible to extend the rental period for longer.

I'm super polite and friendly. Enjoy music, comedy, nature and loads more.

Parking - permit parking available right outside which I believe is £50 a year (for the first car), more for subsequent vehicles. Plus visitor passes available for £1 per day. I can investigate any weekly or monthly rates.

I have the EPC etc which prospective tenants can view before or when they look at the room. Thanks.
