Short-term let ( up to 3 months approx). Nice double room in quiet bungalow in Wyman's Brook, Cheltenham - around 20 minutes' walk to the town centre, near M5 J10, retail parks and FCH university campus.

Short-term lets. of one week to three months available. Happy to discuss Monday-Friday let also.

I'm looking for a student or professional who likes a quiet life and quite a bit of privacy! Happy to consider someone with a well behaved dog.

The room includes a small double bed, built-in wardrobe, bedside table with drawers and desk.

The bungalow is located in a quiet and spacious cul-de-sac. Parking is always available on the cul-de-sac road. The house is a 5-10 minutes' walk to the retail parks, supermarkets and other shops. You can also easily get to Junction 10 of the M5, the racecourse and Cleeve Hill.

There is a spacious garden, lounge and bathroom with power shower. The house is clean, warm and quiet.

All bills, council tax, WiFi etc included.

This would suit a student or working professional.
