Double Room in lovely large house, Mon-Fri Rental

I am looking for a sole tennant to rent a room in my lovely large house on a Monday-Friday rental basis. I have a large 4 bedroomed detached house, with a landscaped sunny garden, and an enclosed hot-tub!

The double room comes with a double bed, wardrobe, a set of drawers and shelving. The tennant's bathroom which is next to their bedroom, comes complete with a bath and a shower, and which will be for the sole use of the tennant (I have my own en suite). I can also offer a small tv, linen and towels if required. The tennant will be responsible for cleaning their own areas, and for shared cleaning of shared areas.

The tennant will full use of the large kitchen snug, which comes fully equiped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, large fridge freezer, air fryer and full kitchen equipment and crockery. The tennant will also have their own lounge, complete with a tv, dining table and a sofa. The internet signal is very strong and reliable, so any requirement to work from home would not be an issue, both with the facilities offered and the fabulous quiet working environment. There is free parking outside of the property.

I can also offer use of a fully enclosed large hot-tub!! located in the garden. However, whilst it can be used by the tennant if they wish to do so, I would need to charge a small increased additional cost due to the cost of heating the large tub. This can be discussed at the time of viewing, prior to rental agreement.

I work part-time and I have many interests, mostly activity based like golf and gardening. I am very sociable, but I also appreciate my own space, and the house is large enough for the accommodation to be a lovely self-contained set-up for the tennant. I have two cats who are house trained and who have their own space.

The house is a 10 minute walk from Yate town centre, with its variety of shops, cafes and good train and bus links to Bristol city centre. Chipping Sodbury is a 20 minute walk away, through lovely quiet paedestrian and cycle paths and easy road links. Chipping Sodbury is a fab little town, with a number of restaurants, pubs and shops, and lots of local events throughout the year.
