Double Room in lovely large house, own lounge

I am looking for a professional tenant to rent a double room in my lovely, spacious four-bedroom detached home on a Monday to Friday basis.

The house benefits from a beautifully landscaped sunny garden, free parking, and even an enclosed hot tub.

The double bedroom is furnished with a double bed
wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelving and has its own TV. Bed linen including a duvet and towels can be provided if required.

Adjacent to the bedroom is a private bathroom, which will be for the sole use of the tenant. It includes both a bath and a shower. I have my own en suite.

The tenant will be responsible for keeping their own room and bathroom clean, as well as sharing responsibility for the cleaning of communal areas.

Shared Facilities

The tenant will have full use of the large kitchen/snug area, which is fully equipped with:

Washing machine
Tumble dryer
Large fridge freezer
Air fryer
Crockery, cookware and kitchen equipment

In addition, the tenant will have access to their own lounge area, complete with a sofa, dining table and TV.

The broadband is reliable and very fast, making the property ideal for anyone who occasionally works from home. The house offers a peaceful, quiet environment that is perfect for both work and relaxation.

Free parking is available directly outside the property.

Hot Tub: I can also offer use of the fully enclosed large hot tub in the garden. If a tenant would like access to this facility, there would be a small additional charge to help cover running and heating costs. This can be discussed during a viewing and agreed before any rental arrangement is made.

About Me

I work part-time and enjoy an active lifestyle, with interests including golf and gardening. I'm sociable and friendly but also appreciate having my own space. The house is large enough to provide a comfortable and largely self-contained living arrangement for a tenant.

I also have one house-trained cat, who keeps to my areas of the house.

Location:
The property is ideally situated between Chipping Sodbury and Yate. Chipping Sodbury is approximately a 20-minute walk away via pleasant pedestrian and cycle paths. Yate town centre is around a 10-minute walk away and offers a wide range of shops, cafés, bus services and excellent rail links into Bristol.
Chipping Sodbury is a charming market town with a great selection of restaurants, pubs, independent shops and community events throughout the year.

A Final Note:
Although my passport says I'm 65 😊, I'm a very active, busy and youthful person, so please don't let my age put you off if you're searching within a particular age range.
