Double Room in Cirencester (pets considered)

A double room in a 2 bedroom property in Stratton.

It's in a residential cul-de-sac so nice and quiet. No road access, but a short walk from the end of the road and parking.

The room is currently unfurnished but has an inbuilt wardrobe.

I've just moved into the property and am looking for a roommate! It's a nice house, if not slightly 80s in style (bathroom and kitchen) but I'll gradually be bringing it into this century! There's a living room, kitchen and conservatory on the ground floor, with an enclosed garden (gravelled) in the back and long lawn in the front. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms and a small room I'm using as an office as I work from home 2 days a week.

I know how difficult it is finding somewhere if you have a pet so happy to consider them. (I will sometimes be looking after my parents cocker spaniel.)

My ideal flatmate would be someone fairly tidy who would enjoy the odd movie night or cooking together but is also comfortable in their own space. I'm not precious about the room so happy for it to be decorated/furnished however you'd like.

I'm 29, work in the travel industry and love hiking/being outdoors. I share a horse so out a couple of nights a week and a weekend day usually. I enjoy reading, gaming or unwinding in front of the TV when I'm in. Haven't lived in the area that long so also very open to exploring what Cirencester and the surrounds has to offer!
