One Double room available with exclusive use of bathroom located directly outside the bedroom. The house has just been fully refurbished to a high standard throughout providing a comfortable and cosy place to stay. There is a conservatory leading to a patio and garden.
Located in the heart of the Cotswolds just a 15min walk to the centre of Cirencester, parking available in a friendly new build area.
I work away half of the month so I'm looking for someone who is trustworthy and reliable. Ideally someone to occasionally socialise with or have a few drinks with and introduce to friends.
I have lived in house shares in the past and understand some people are more clean/tidy than others. If you are someone who is more of a messy/untidy person this will not be the property for you. The house is kept immaculate at all times, poor personal hygiene or leaving mess in the kitchen etc just isn’t for me and if that could potentially be an issue then please keep searching as this house won’t be for you.
The House is 3 bedrooms with a master en suite (my room), Double room available to rent, and a small single spare room which will not be rented.
