The Hayloft Annexe - Monday to Friday only

The space
The hayloft is a perfect place to stay for a professional person looking for a relaxing and comfortable base when away on business or for a few days away. The hayloft is open plan with a kitchen area, bedroom area and lounge area with a separate shower room with basin and toilet and heated towel rail.

Kitchen area
The kitchen is equipped with an combination oven/microwave, 2 ring electric hob and a small fridge freezer. Toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery, mugs, glasses, pots and pans all included. Small breakfast area with 2 bar stools.

Lounge area
Equipped with sofa, TV – the lounge area overlooks a paddock through a stable door.

Bedroom
King size bed and 2 bedside tables and reading lights. Freestanding wardrobe unit for clothes storage. Chest of drawers with lamp

Bathroom
Separate bathroom which has an electric shower, sink with shaving mirror, toilet and a heated towel rail.

Bedding and towels will be provided. The Hayloft is fitted with a smoke alarm. Wi-fi is also included.

The outside area
There is free parking outside the Hayloft but there is no garden to sit in. The Hayloft is up 12 steps – this is the only entrance. Stable door to access the property.

Set on a residential farm in a rural location close to Tewkesbury, Gloucester and Cheltenham. Lovely location for walks, cycling and to enjoy the surrounding areas.

We live on site so may well see you during your stay.

Points to note

The phone signal is sometimes a bit poor depending on your network. The wifi signal is good however.

There are 2 electric heaters in the hayloft and a towel rail.

There is no washing machine or dishwasher.

Parking is immediately outside the Hayloft.
