We are looking for the right housemate who will fit in. Current housemates are social but respectful. They work in Healthcare / Marketing and enjoy Yoga, running, festivals, drinks / food out, chilled evenings. They have house socials but also are very busy with jobs and their own life’s which works very well if you are similar.

Newly Furnished Double room in a professional, clean, relaxed, but fun house share. Space for a desk for working from home.


Also a hot desk that can be used on a rota basis and no extra cost with other housemates, however most have desks to good opportunity for anyone working from home.
Currently 2 females and 1 males (ages 25-29) 1 bathroom between 3, as loft room has en suite. Housemates were all new to Bristol when moving in but have formed a great group and are looking for someone similar. Current housemates work long hours and varying hours so there is never queue for the dishwasher or kitchen which works well.

Looking for someone who is chatty, clean and is also partial to a few drinks/odd night out/festival.

The property is in perfect Location if you want to enjoy central Bristol and Gloucester Road for drinks but also need to get out of bristol easily for work to avoid city centre traffic.

- 6 minute walk to Filton Abbey Wood train station (so 7 min train into temple meads)

- Walking distance to; Airbus, GKN, Rolls Royce, Southmead Hospital, UWE

As well as a bus stop 30 seconds away with routes to Gloucester Road and the City Centre.
