We are Julie and Graham and have been letting our property to Full time students for the last 9 years.
The house was completely gutted and refurbished including new windows and doors, new heating boiler, completely rewired and re plastered, new kitchen and bathroom etc. The house remains in excellent condition and has television and fast WiFi.
We are not absent Landlords and pop in occasionally to check house and tidy garden etc
The house has 2 easy parking spaces and a back lane access to a further space and garage which can be used to store bikes.
The house is a short walk to a nearby convenience store and a 15 min walk to a shopping mall with a large supermarket and McDonalds etc.
The University of West of England (UWE) is 20 min walk and there is a regular bus service.
The University of Bristol is a 25 min bus journey.
ALL BILLS are included.
As tenants must be Full Time students, there is no Council Tax to pay.
