The house is close to bus routes for M1 and 73 and very close to Parkway train station. Very friendly neighbourhood and close to parks.

I’m the current tenant Sam, I’m 30 and a civil servant. I have a 4 year old beagle who is very friendly and crate trained for when I’m at work. I enjoy running and hiking, games nights, cinema trips and baking.

I’m looking for a professional tenant who is clean and tidy, and likes dogs. Someone happy to share social space and who doesn’t work from home full time.
