Female housemate preferred in Stoke Gifford

Hey, I’m Rach. I’m looking for a female lodger for my lovely two-bedroom house in Stoke Gifford, near Filton. The room is £750 a month and includes all bills.

The room comes with a bed, two bedside tables, a chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe and a storage cupboard. The house has got quite a bit of storage, so we can sort storing bits if you need it.
*note: I’m in the process of painting the room, so it’ll be a cream/off-white kind of Scandi style*

The house comes with a parking space and has a secure garden if you have a bike. The house is two bedrooms, with one shared bathroom upstairs, a downstairs toilet, living room, kitchen-diner, with a nice sized garden.

The house is on a quiet street with a bus stop to the city-centre a minute walk away and Bristol Parkway station a fifteen-minute walk away. Nearby, there are a few retail parks and gyms, with Nuffield Health a short-walk too. If you ever fancy a mid-week drink, there’s a pub within walking distance too!

I’m a secondary school teacher, so have a really busy schedule and enjoy downtime in the evenings. As work is quite busy, I don’t mind guests round, but would prefer this to one or two nights a week and would appreciate a head’s up before. This is because the living room is quite cosy, so whilst the house is really spacious, it can be a bit snug with a group. Ideally, I’m looking for someone who doesn’t fully work from home, but don’t mind one or two days a week.

I’d love to live with someone who is clean and social but doesn’t mind a night to themselves. I’m always up for a mid-week pub trip and binging a Netflix series! I do like a night out every so often on the weekend, but am always respectful about coming home etc.

If you’d prefer a Monday-Friday let, we can talk about lowering the rent.

I’ve also got two cats, Tom and Jerry, who are super sweet, but not so bright 😂 In the breaks from school, I do like to travel so I’m looking for someone who is happy to look after this lovely needy pair whilst I’m gone.
