Large room in beautiful Victorian house

I own a very well-presented Victorian mid-terrace house and have a room available Monday-Friday (fewer days for lower rent accepted too).

All bills are included and bedding can be provided. The room has a wooden blind and blackout curtains, and the windows are double glazed to aid a good night’s sleep. There are two bathrooms and one shower room in the house, so whilst it doesn’t come with an en suite the traffic to the bathroom next door is very low.

The house is occupied by the family, which consists of me (Suzanne - 49), and my 11-year-old son, a very friendly cat and a Yorkshire terrier. And a second lodger, who lives with us part time.

The house sits between the Gloucester Road North and Southmead Road, so perfect for Airbus, Rolls-Royce, the MOD, and UWE Frenchay Campus. Parking is on-street but very easy to come by and bus stops are within two mins walk in both directions. There is also a Tesco Express just two minutes walk away, which is super handy.
