Lovely large double rooms in detached house in Stoke Gifford. 5 minute walk to Parkway Station. Ideally located for Abbey Wood, Filton, Airbus, Rolls-Royce, Aviva, UWE etc. Ideally I would prefer Sun-Thurs / Mon-Fri occupancy, obviously the rent would be reduced to suit this arrangement.

Price is for part occupancy with use of amenities. Price reductions available depending on your requirements subject to discussion. I. e. Off Road Parking etc.
Please be clean and tidy and note we have a Labrador so you must like having a dog around the house. Obviously not in your room unless you would want him there.
