Double ensuite room available soon in Filton house

You would be sharing with 4 professionals (currently all males!!).

The available room is the upstairs back room and is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk/chair and bedside table.

The room has a large en-suite shower room / WC.

The modern fully stocked kitchen contains all of the usual white goods. There is a dining table in the kitchen. There is also a tumble dryer in the summer house at the end of the garden.

On street parking is available on a first come, first served basis if you have a car (no permit required). There is one parking space on the driveway.

On the front garden is a shed for storing bikes, if necessary.

At the back of the house is a pleasant patio leading on to the lawn.

The house is very close to Filton Avenue with the amenities that provides. It’s only a 10-15 minutes walking distance to Abbeywood which contains numerous shops and restaurants including Asda, Nando’s, Costa, Bella Italia, Pure Gym and others. There are two train stations in a 10-20-minutes walking distance from the house as well (Abbeywood and Bristol Parkway).

Smokers permitted but no smoking in the house!

A cleaner comes every Saturday morning to keep on top of the communal areas - front yard, hallway. Stairs & landing, downstairs WC and the kitchen / diner.
