There is parking for two cars and on street parking is always available. It is within easy access to UWE, the MoD, Southmead Hospital, Cribbs etc. It is on a good bus route into the city centre and has a night bus too.
The rent includes all bills, council tax, broadband etc.
Current tenants are young professionals and it is a friendly house and we are looking for a similar new housemate.
