The room is a newly refurbished double bedroom complete with:

- 3 door wardrobe with mirror
- Freestanding mirror
- x 1 bedside cabinet
- Approx 2.7m x 2.7m of floorspace
- Apologies the pictures are from before my current tenant moved in, there are of course curtains etc in there now!

Shared areas:

- Spacious shared lounge adjoined to a modern kitchen
- Brand new modern bathroom
- Downstairs WC to be installed shortly
- All doors are lockable with keys
- Instant boil tap in kitchen
- Washer/dryer, dishwasher, double oven, glass hob, microwave
- On street parking available
- Very close proximity to Airbus, GKN & Rolls Royce
- Large patio area and garden to rear of property
- I am able to store some of your belongings in the loft space while you stay if this would be helpful to you!

Currently myself and 1 other tenant at the property although my girlfriend often stays over as she works locally.

I'm looking for someone who's tidy & considerate around the house. It would be great to socialise on occasion but I'm also very respectful of people's personal space & privacy. I myself am an early riser, usually heading to bed by 9pm and getting up around 6am but I'm always mindful of keeping the noise down at that time of the morning! The house is a very chilled, safe space and absolutely anyone is welcome as long as both feel we'd be a good fit!

You are welcome to have friends/partners stay occasionally but please keep this to a minimum as the house would just be too busy if we all did it!
