We are looking for TWO new house mates.

You will be sharing with 3 Polish individuals who have become a close team of house mates, are extremely respectful and help keep the house in a lovely clean condition. We are now looking for a new house mate who will share the same values.

The property is situated in Filton and is ideally located, close to major employers such as Airbus, Rolls Royce, EKN, The MOD and Boeing. The property is also within walking distance of UWE and Filton Abbey wood station providing road links to Bristol City Centre.

The accommodation

£650 per month
Ground floor: One very spacious double bedroom fully furnished, to include comfortable double bed, mattress and wardrobe. The bedroom has an en-suite shower room and benefits from direct access to the rear garden via a set of patio doors.

£450 per month
First floor: One single bedroom to include single bed, mattress and wardrobe.

Fully equipped communal kitchen, with share of all appliances
and cooking facilities.

The communal bathroom is located on the first floor to include bath with shower above.

Large communal garden to the rear of the property.

All utility bills are included within your monthly rental payments Council Tax, water, Gas, electricity, and superfast WIFI.

Private parking is available at the front of the property.
