I am looking for a replacement tenant for a houseshare. The house consists of 5 UWE students (3 male, 2 female) aged 19-21. They like chill nights in, watching movies and cooking together but also pub trips and nights out.
Contract dates are 26th July to 25th July 2025. £750 PCM plus bills.
13 minute walk to abbey wood shopping park (with asda, b&m, gyms and restaurants) and filton abbey wood station; 5 minute walk to bus stop (70, 73 and 74) which goes to city centre and towards UWE.
Preferably students, but can be a professional if willing to sort and pay council tax independently.
