4 Bed in filton all girls

We have a 4 Bed house available to move in from the 7th of August, Rent is £2,450 so £612.50 each per month excluding bills. It is a 25 minute walk to uwe but bus links are available. We are required to move fast in the process as it’s all last minute that the 4th housemate dropped out. Deposit will need to be paid this week or the next which is a security deposit along with first months rent so does add up to almost £1,300 but we will get half of this back at the end of the year xx
